Heaven Can Wait Animal Society is proud to announce a special initiative aimed at ensuring the health and well-being of dogs in unincorporated Clark County, Nevada. Beginning April 18, 2024, residents will have access to exclusive appointment slots for spay and neuter services for dogs, provided by the compassionate team at Heaven Can Wait Animal Society. The initiative is expected to extend through June 27, 2024.
Spaying and neutering are vital procedures that not only contribute to controlling the pet population but also offer numerous health benefits for our beloved animal companions. By preventing unwanted litters, these procedures help reduce the number of homeless animals and alleviate the burden on local animal shelters. Additionally, spaying and neutering can improve pets’ behavior, reduce the risk of certain cancers, and extend their lifespan.
“We are excited to offer special appointments for spay and neuter services for dogs to residents of unincorporated Clark County,” said Rachel Bergren, Executive Director at Heaven Can Wait Animal Society. “Our mission is to advocate for the well-being of animals, and promoting spaying and neutering is a crucial aspect of our efforts to create a more compassionate community for pets.”
