Nokia 9.3 PureView may come with 120Hz refresh rate

Nokia 9.3 PureView will be successor to Nokia 9 PureView announced at the Mobile World Congress in 2019. Like its predecessor, the Nokia 9.3 PureView is said to boast of the penta-lens camera design at the back.

HMD Global owned Nokia is reportedly working on its next flagship phone under the name Nokia 9.3 PureView. Rumours suggest that the company may unveil the upcoming phone in the third quarter of 2020. According to a recent leak, the handset may be equipped with a display having 120Hz refresh rate. Currently, the feature comes with Samsung Galaxy S20 and OnePlus 8 Pro.

Another leak suggests that the upcoming phone could be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 octa-core processor. It is likely to run on the Android 10 operating system.
Recently, Juho Sarvikas, chief product officer, HMD Global said in a tweet that his favourite colour for upcoming Nokia phones are Polar Night as dark and Copper as light colour. We can expect Nokia 9.3 PureView to feature these colour options.

Meanwhile, the company has started rolling out Android 10 updates for three of its smartphones- Nokia 3.2, Nokia 4.2 and Nokia 8 Sirocco. In its first phase of rollout, users across 35 countries will get the update. These include Armenia. Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Macau, Mongolia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and Ukraine.
